She’s the award winning radio personality who brings art and culture to Colourful Radio with her show ‘Life With Rosemary’.
She’s also the new face of OH TV with her hit culture and lifestyle show ‘Culture Vultures’. A children’s book author, voice over artist, Enterprise UK ambassador, wife and mother Rosemary Laryea is UK’s very own Oprah and I have a feeling this is just the tip of the iceberg where her career is concerned. Having had the pleasure of being interviewed by Rosemary not long ago (a true honour as she has interviewed the likes of Spike Lee!!). I grabbed the chance to get the scoop on Rosemary's latest venture 'Presenting Workshops'.
Rosemary began honing her presenting expertise during her high flying years in IT where from meeting rooms to conferences and exhibitions she commanded audiences. In transitioning to the media industry, her career soared and recognition followed like her feature in the Black 100+ exhibition. The exhibition’s aim was to inspire young people to excel and create a legacy for future generations, by highlighting the individual successes of key figures like Rosemary who strive to make a valuable contribution to society.
Rosemary’s new undertaking ‘Presenting Workshops' is one such contribution. Being a connoisseur in the art of presenting, Rosemary is now giving others the opportunity to learn from her wealth of experience. Whether it be presenting for radio, TV, meeting room, prospective investors, the boardroom or hosting an event, using the same techniques her workshops provide the skills to become an engaging and memorable presenter.

The workshops are divided into two parts the first being an interactive group session where Rosemary takes attendees through the tools needed to confidently deliver an informative and compelling presentation from a position of authority. The second is a one to one session that includesfirst hand experience of a live broadcast on Rosemary’s show. The next workshop is scheduled to take place on Friday 25th May at a venue in London and after reading all those rave reviews I think I just might sign myself up!! With prices starting at just £100 it’s too good an opportunity to miss!!
