I believe fate had me stumble upon my latest crush John West (no not the tuna...groan). On first play I knew this was my Ish 13 Team RnB pick. The Island Def Jam signing is to release his debut album later this year and ‘Nobody’ is John’s latest single release off the upcoming album. ‘Nobody’ is a sexy ballad that showcases West’s sultry, hypnotising falsetto. Accompanied by the trickle of ivory keys (played by West no doubt) this track has definitely cast its spell. Les can get on her high horse about whatever Gangsta rapper she has this month. It’s all good cos’ I’ve found love in John West and nobody does it like he do!

John West, are you talking Tuna? I will take that back and admit he is slick, but lets talk about Hip Hop! When Styles P spits we all know it's fire. Avery Storm just provides the cooling effect in what is a great Hip Hop/RnB collabo. Taken from Styles' 'Master of Ceremonies' album, this single has only now been officially released. Styles spits about Mary Jane for another banger similar to ‘Favourite Drug’ from his 2006 ‘Time is Money’ album. As usual team RnB, I always have a Hip Hop heavyweight backing me up! You should know this by now!! It’s CERTIFIED HOT! Team Hip Hop has officially dropped the MIC and left the building.
